Buying a doppler is the best thing you can do! Ill be 11 weeks tomorrow and I have a doppler and everytime I get worried I just listen to my babys hb and I know everything is okay :)
Ive had 1 ultrasound at 7 weeks but I just cant seem to sto the worrying my partner said hes gonna buy me a doppler next week as he hates seeing me worried and stressed over it I think I worry so much cz we tried for a while to have a baby before it halpened im terrified of anything happening x
omg! im 10 weeks 6 days also! and Im so worried too,i think its natural, im worried for my first ultrasound next Friday! I should be around 12 weeks but im so scared that ive had a missed miscarriage just like ive read that some women have and they don't even know! :( a lot of people have seen their babys before 10 weeks and im so worried because I haven't seen or heard mine,i don't even feel pregnant! :( think we just need to stop worrying! but I don't think that will happen lol its a mothers job

Awwe join the club :( I know they say worry won't help but So we shouldn't worry too much because its in Gods hands. U worry daily , as I'm typing even. My second period is due in 2 days and it feels like it showing to get me :( I hope not eisssh, I skipped the first one hopefully ill skip all 9 :) I'm 7 weeks 4 days only going to meet my baby via ultrasound for the first time in 2Aug. Try to relax , long bubble baths seems to help my nerves and a cup of milo :) xx
I also worry all the time. I've had two second trimester losses. I don't go to the hospital BC in the beginning I would just tell myself if I'm going to loose my baby it will happen no matter what.. so me getting an ultrasound or going to the hospital isn't going to stop it from happening or change the outcome.. anyways that actually helped me getvthrougv

I'm 21 weeks now and we got a doppler.. I don't check everyday but I do once in a while.. its great to have.
You aren't alone! I've had 2 miscarriages, so I worried a lot! And I think most of us worry like this. I almost went to the er multiple times worried my baby was doing ok. But my mom ordered me an at home fetal doppler which eased pretty much all anxiety being able to hear my babys heart beat when ever I wanted. I highly recommend getting one.
Being paranoid is completly normal.. I was like it in my first trimester but trust me .. the more you worry it wont help theres no point worrying about every pain :) its mostly gas (trapped wind) thats what the doctor said.. and your stomache is stretchin for the baby so iits going to hurt as well :) xx

I think every momma to be has her moments but as long as your not cramping or bleeding I wouldnt be worried. Congrats:)
