Buying a doppler is the best thing you can do! Ill be 11 weeks tomorrow and I have a doppler and everytime I get worried I just listen to my babys hb and I know everything is okay :)

I also worry all the time. I've had two second trimester losses.  I don't go to the hospital BC in the beginning I would just tell myself if I'm going to loose my baby it will happen no matter what.. so me getting an ultrasound or going to the hospital isn't going to stop it from happening or change the outcome.. anyways that actually helped me getvthrougv

I'm 21 weeks now and we got a doppler.. I don't check everyday but I do once in a while.. its great to have.

You aren't alone! I've had 2 miscarriages, so I worried a lot! And I think most of us worry like this. I almost went to the er multiple times worried my baby was doing ok. But my mom ordered me an at home fetal doppler which eased pretty much all anxiety being able to hear my babys heart beat when ever I wanted. I highly recommend getting one.

Being paranoid is completly normal.. I was like it in my first trimester but trust me .. the more you worry it wont help theres no point worrying about every pain :) its mostly gas (trapped wind) thats what the doctor said.. and your stomache is stretchin for the baby so iits going to hurt as well :) xx
