If I choose not to does your milk still come?

Unfortunately you just have to put up with being sore/uncomfortable until your milk dries up. Make sure you get some breast pads as you will still leak until your milk disappears, and you don't want to stain any of your bras/clothes

No they don't give you anything now.  They found that those shots actually made it take longer.  And you CAN get relief from hot showers and pumping but it will just make you produce more.

Well not taking out the milk is going to hurt more your breasts get swollen really bad the only way they'll hurt a little less is if you take out the milk plus its way better for your bay but thats up to you

Dang... I think I want to bottle feed. I mean i know breast milk is obviously better but it seems like a tough process and painful.

They don't give you anything.  Dries up on its own. I bought a tight sports bra to wear the first couple weeks because they hurt like hell.

My breasts swelled Up with milk after my son but dried up after a week they hurt though

Milk is only brought on by baby sucking, you may have the colostrum that may leak a little but not much. It probably wouldn't leak for that long if there is no stimulation from baby.
