Same,here... Even I m facing the same...
Even I ve switched to sensodyne paste and toothbrush...
I get mine cleaned every couple of months and go to the dentist regularly so I just switched tooth brushes and toothpaste to sensodyne. I will try more vitamin c though or citrus fruit, I haven't had much of those lately because of the acid reflux so.. tums handy!
And thank you ladies <3 hope your babies are doing well!
It happened to me also when I was in my first trimester. Not it's gotten a lot better
Bleeding gums and heartburn were my first two symptoms of pregnancy. I've always had healthy teeth, and had never had heartburn lol. I've been assured it's common, and at ALMOST 17w, it's gotten a lot better.
I had someone tell me that taking vitamin C or eating citrus helps gums during pregnancy. Seems to have helped me!
Yes its true alot of ppl experience you have to maintaine a good hygiene and i suggest that you should go to the dentist and get a cleaning, if you haven't had one in quite some time it can get worst.
I have and they have also been swollen too.
Ive been experiencing the same problem
