Broccolli and strawberries actually have more calcium than milk does. But theres a long list of foods you can get off line or from a doctor
You can eat string cheese (: yogurt is good too. Or you can also try to eat Cereal with the milk? If that helps (:
Sesame seeds, oranges, bok choy, almonds, black eyed peas, turnip greens, kale, dried figs, and white beans.
If nothing else, an antacid like tums is full of calcium. Is all dairy bad on you or just milk? Yogurt, cheese, etc all have calcium as well. As for plant sources... I know there are several but I can't think of them at the moment! I'll look out up and get back to you.
