calculating days

How do you calculate the day or time period you conceived your baby? This going to be me and my fiancefinances first child, and my first pregnancy, we both don't have children so we want to record as much of this pregnancy as possible :)

I don't know exactly but I go tomorrow to see my doctor so maybe I can talk to him about it he said from my hormone levels that I was anywhere from 3 weeks to 6 but I don't know the exact week I'm in.

do you know far you are? i have a website that can help you with that but you have to know exactly how far you are from the doctor. this is my first too and I'm so interested in keeping track of everything lol
