can I eat shrimps .??

I had grilled shrimp and salmon for the holiday yum yum yum lol you will be fine!! Also idk if u are into them but sardines are very healthy while pregnant!

I was told 12 oz of cooked seafood. Just not shark, swordfish, tile fish
