Hardboiled yes..but i read and.my dr told me that runny yolked eggs ur not spose 2 eat cuz theres some.bacteria that can grow innthem that only cooking them.completely kills..same with soft cheeses and cold meats...I dunno how dangerous it really is ..especially ifnu have a good.amune systrm
..im sure its a rare problem..but I would be careful...

Hard boiled eggs are fine... they serve them for breakfast in maternity hispitals!

Runny fried egg is a no no!

Lift the egg out of the water with a slotted spoon. If the water dries from the surface of the egg very quickly it is hard boiled. If it stays wet it is soft boiled
