Swelling and itchy hands, feet, body could be a sign of a very rare liver condition that occurs during pregnancy. Usually 2nd and 3rd trimester. It can be ruled out by a blood test. I was incredibly itchy with my second pregnancy and my midwife took some blood and it came back clear and just prescribed me some cream to relief it. I would mention it.

If you're swelling that badly it could be pre-eclampsia. Go to see your Dr asap.
