I had that too.. I could get chicken noodle soup to stay down. I only went through it for bout 3 weeks.. Lots of water. I was also not told to lay down for an hour after eating because once bigger baby will push on stomach and make it feel like things will come up. Also was told to be drinking before and after eating but give some time between so your not filling up in water then adding food could also push things up.
You will prob feel like this till you get to twelve weeks many mums go thru this.. Just your body getting used to change. But yeah eat what u can. Light snacks even but fluid is important to. Try soup.
I went through that for a couple of weeks at that stage of my pregnancy honestly just eat whatever will stay down like for me it was potatoe chips and try to get protein I actually would make me a peanut butter sandwich and eat it in bed lol most important tho is.making sure your.drinking enough water. Just eat whatever you can :)
