cant figure out this pain?

Hello all. For about two weeks (am 36w 3 days) I have been having pelvic and hip pain. But here is why I can't figure out what it is.. it is only in the area of my right lower lower abdomen and my right hip. Does not hurt all the time when walking or laying down. Only painful when I lift my right leg  or knee while standing, when I go from sitting to standing and take that first step with my right hip/leg. When lying down or hurts when I go to turn over to opposite site and move my right hip/leg. (During this movement I also ear and feel it pop every time). And also when I go to swing my leg over to sit up. ....so as you can tell it's not a constant pain. Its only during these actions but it hurts sooo bad I have had tears and have not even been able to move because of it....

Anyone have the same thing or might know what this is??

Hmm. All these pains we get during pregnancy and basically have to just deal with it. ***** lol. I think I sleep on each side about the same. I can't have sex because I've been losing my mucus plug, so I have no idea if that hurts. This is my third child so I'm sure my anatomy is whacked out.

Do you typically sleep on your left side? I've been having similar pain on my right as well, especially during sex, doc says its ligament pain. Sleeping on my left, with the weight of the uterus nd baby, puts extra strain on the right ligament.

Not necessarily, I am out of alignment and my back only hurts when I move certain ways. It may not be alignment but it certainly could be.

Wouldn't it hurt though when I walk if it was the alignment?

Your pelvis and hips are moving to accommodate your growing baby. They  could be out of alignment. I would let your doctor know so they can check it out. In the mean time alternate between cold and hot on the sore spot and take some tynanol.
