I gained 20 by the time I was 20 weeks I felt the same way I've been told that the pregnancy could have made me or is showing more that I'm salt sensitive try reading less sodium

Shes more concerned about me having a big baby. My first was 9lbs 2oz and she was so big she got stuck because I have a small pelvis. I want a smaller baby this time. Im having a boy this time so that makes gaining weight even worse lol
You could have been gaining muscle which ways more than fat. You shouldn't worry about the number on the scale mama. It'll come off eventually. I know its hard but just enjoy the pregnancy to the fullest!

I was walking a mile every day on the treadmill for awhile and doing squats, leg lifts, and side lunges but I just gained even more weight
I go on 5 30 minute walks a week. That helps me maintain weight. Eat fiber enriched foods so you get full more quickly. Those are just a couple things I do. Pre pregnancy I was 176. I'm 31 weeks and I'm 181. If your doc isnt concerned about your weight, then you're doing just fine!
