I am an esthetician and lately my hands have been throbbing and become extremely achy from massaging people during their facials.. I was told that it is carpal tunnel from swelling during pregnancy... it is making my job hard to do and totally ***** lol anyone else have carpal tunnel while pregnant?!

I had it Wih my first pregnancy. It was bad for like a week and then went away I wore a brace it helped a little! Mm

Your wrists might be swollen. Mine were since I bake all the time. I just took Tylenol and let my hands rest for a while. I didn't wanna have to get surgery so I hardly did much with my hands that involved heavy lifting or making the same movements.

I do ...you can buy a brace for ur wrist..looka goofy but kinda helps support it

I haven't had it but u could try to find a cheap parrafin bath online. Idk if stores sell them or not? That would help. Try to rest as much as possible at home. U can also try heat pads or maybe have someone massage them for u.
