carpal tunnel

I'm 33+2 a ftm and I been having this since I was 30weeks I can't stan this my arms all the way to my hands get numb and they hurt I haven't been getting any sleep it's 4:15a.m and still can't sleep ugh do anyone have or had this and if so how did you handle this everyone keep telling me I need to get some rest but I can't I am so ready for these 6 more weeks to fly by for my csec date because my doctor said it will go away once I have him

yea I sleep with pillows behind me and in front of me I tried sleeping on my arms and then tried sleeping with my arms on my side don't work either it's horrible but where can I buy that brace from I really need that

I had it bad and I had to wear the braces 24/7 and at night I had to have a pillow on each side of me and prop my arms up while sleeping slightly on an incline. That was the only way I could get relief :( good luck.

I had it in both pregnancies. Try not to sleep on ur hand or arm.I use an extra pillow and lay it straight out. I get this bad sometimes I wake up n my fingers lock up n pop open

It's like an actual brace-not like an ace bandage. It actually velcros together and is sturdy. I would go numb from my finger tips to my shoulder blade and when i wore the braces nothing would go numb! I wish i would have bought ankle braces too lol

ugh girl I hate it did the wristband help with your arm getting numb to or only your hand

I had that baaaad with my first baby and this baby. I had to buy wrist braces and wear them as much as possible. Especially at night. It really does help alot. =)
