My husband and step son love this casserole that I make you need:
2 lb ground beef
1 can family sized Tomato soup (or 2 regular sized cans)
1 can green beans
1/2 onion
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Instant mashed potatoes (8serving size)
Just cook the ground meat and then add the onion (chopped) and while the meat is cooking I start the tomato soup and green beans on med. and then make the instant mashed potatoes, then combine the tomato soup, green beans, hamburger, onions into a casserole dish, spread the potatoes on top and sprinkle the cheese over it, pop it in the oven till the cheese is melted and your good to go! Just add salt and pepper! My step son is 9 and he loves it so much he told me that's all he wants for his birthday lol

Not sure if you call it a casserole but baked ziti is always easy and cheap to make!

Tater tot
Bag of Tater toys
1lb of ground need
1/2 onion (I use sweet onion)
1 can of cream of potato
1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cheese "soup"
2 cups cheeses cheese
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper and garlic salt

Make the Tater tots in the oven following directions on the bag. When they are almost crispy start cooking the ground beef, onion, pepper and garlic salt. When done drain the grease, put on top of Tater tots mix the 3 cans of "soup" pour on top then put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Then add the cheese to melt on top and it's done.

I made it at my MIL house and barely got a piece everyone scarfed it down so fast!!!

There's a breakfast casserole you take sausage cook.it and then take cream cheese and melt it in with the sausage...then you take a pan and put at bottom a layer of crescent rolls...and then place the sausage and cream cheese on top of that then on very top place more crescent rolls and then cook it for.20 min its amazing my favorite casserole of all time


there's also a tatortot casserole its amazing too

Mmmmm......breakfast casseroles......

I have made 2 separate and found them online.
French toast casserole (totally unhealthy but sooooo good) Obviously for breakfast though


And another breakfast-esq
Egg, potato, peppers, cheese and your choice of meat or none. Pretty much anything you want in it. Again found simple recipes online

But they both required being prepped a night before and then having to set in the fridge overnight, but then baking for not so long.
