chances of twins

OK so this is my second pregnancy and I am 5 weeks and have already gained 4 pounds and I have went up a cup size. My bf has twins that run in his dad's side of his family this is his first child biologically. What are the chances of me having twins? Is all this gaining normal?

I'm 26 weeks with baby #3 and haven't gained anyweight, but baby is healthy. You only need 300 extra calorie a day.

Since its your second pregnancy you'll show faster as you've already stretched from your first pregnancy. I'm also having my second baby and at the start I showed a lot faster then my first and now that I'm closer to the end (36 weeks) I'm roughly the same size as I was with my first

It really only matters if twins run on your side of the family...his family having twins has no effect on how many eggs you'll drop during ovulation.

And well to wh@t i heard it doesnt matter if your husband has twins running in his family that what matters is if you have twins in your family...
