Cinnamon, a fragrant spice with a reputation as an aid to gastrointestinal upset, makes a tea that many pregnant women enjoy. Cinnamon tea is safe in pregnancy when taken in normal amounts, according to the American Pregnancy Association, but do not take cinnamon bark supplements without your medical practitioner's approval. Plus I also read it helps to lower ur blood pressure but yeah just don't drink it as often or ask ur dr.. This is what I read online good luck and btw I use to brew the sticks too and use to drink it all the time till someone told me not drink it as much Cus it can cause me an allergie and can be harmful but I truly don't know..

I have never boiled the sticks so I'm not sure about that but I am referring to all the other teas you purchase off the shelves or leaf form which may contain caffeine.
Sorry...for example...black tea
Nope that sounds delightful!
What do you mean by caffeinated cause I just boil the sticks in hot water is that bad?
Well I haven't drank any tea throughout my pregnancy and lately I've been craving it with honey. Thanks for your response tho.
You can have caffeinated teas as well just try to keep your caffeine intake to 200mg or less per day. Happy Drinking!
I was drinking it a lot specialy since I'm picky about teas and due to the weather but some people say it's bad and some said its not Aslong as u don't drink it as often Cus can cause allergies but idk u should ask ur dr and see what he/she says
