My grandma also told me back in India they make a paste from the spice cumin and apply it to the face, let it dry, and wash off. I've never used it but my grandma has beautiful skin.
This are all good ideass thank you ladies has anyone tried the salt water for pimples
Cut a lemon in half, peel the top of the skin off to leave the middle exposed, put a bit of liquid honey (a quarter's size or so) and rub the lemon directly on your face in little circles. Leave the liquid on your face for 5 minutes. Looks and feels odd but the lemon is a natural exfoliant and the honey is a natural moisturizer. Do this for a week and oh my god your skin will love you!
Since I qot preqnant I qot this rash on my face around my nose and mouth and it itches sometimes really bad .. i stopped using the products i used for my face and bought aveeno cleanser for irritated skin it kinda calms the itchiness but the redness stays and iys annoyin and embarrasing everytime i qo to work .. anybody knows wat could it be or anythin I can use to make it go away
Ooh, these a all great tips. My skin is breaking out like never before with this pregnancy...ugh.
Do not use proactive. It makes your skin dependent on it and when you stop your acne will come back much worse.
I use a wash cloth and gently scrub my face with soap. Dove and Olay work the best for me, don't over dry the skin. Then I pat dry and put Clean and Clear Persa Gel, works wonders! If my face gets dry, which it does every time the season change, I use Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment. Burt's Bees also works beautifully on vanishing past acne scars.
When I brake out I stop using make-up until it clears up, drink lots of water to keep hydrated and wash face atleast 2-3 times a day with soap or acne wash
In have a wedding coming up on Saturday so I brought out the big guns. I'm currently using proactiv, and I'm finding it to be really helpful. Doesn't dry my skin out and leaves it so smooth. Change your bed sheets and pillow covers weekly too
I use a brown sugar and honey scrub I make myself or keeps my skin clear if I start to get a Pinole I wash my face with a warm washcloth then use the scrub, wash that off and dab the pimple with peroxide
