cold and sore throat

i woke up with a cold and sore throat, my doctors office is closed, was wondering if there are any otc cold medication that i can take?

My hubby went and bought a Vicks steamer. $14 bucks! But i don't like takin meds I just suggest eating a banana, drinkin a class of milk and resting. If you are able to. I've also been keepin an eye on a fever. If I get a fever I'm off to the doctor. Almost 35wks prego I'm Not takin any chances with on gettin a fever! Chicken

Benadryl is safe, and you can use throat spray for the sore throat
