I have a cold. .I'm dying because I can't take any medicines that I would usually take. I have had the cold for a week now and I can't breathe and I think I have a fever.any remedies?

Children's Tylenol the syrup.

Children's mucinex cough and cold is what my Dr told me to use. It works great.

Ugh, rough being sick when pregnant.  I feel for you.  Acetaminophen which I know is pretty weak when it comes to relief but it should help with a fever at least.  Try steam in a bathroom to help loosen up your sinuses, drink tons of water to thin mucus, try a netty pot to remove mucus, saline spray to remove mucus.   A humidifier helps.  but yeah, it stinks.  Talk to your own doctor to see if you can take anything else.  If you had a cold and it is now been several days and a fever comes on and you are getting worse, talk to your doctor because a virus can turn into a secondary bacterial infection like sinusitis, bronchitis, etc.  then you would need antibiotics.  good luck
