fbifanccr is right. Sit in the bathroom with a hot shower running and breathe in the steam, use saline nasal spray to keep your nose from drying out, a humidifier, vicks vapor rub, and menthol cough drops. If you are really miserable you can check with your OB, some allow dextromethorphan (Delsym) but its really up to your doctors discretion. I've got a cold now and my sinuses were raging so I've been living off saline nose spray (spray it in, clamp your nose and tilt your head back so it gets all up in there). Hope you feel better!

Only think safe is tylenol and saline nasal spray. Nothing else till after 12 weeks. Sorry. Try a humidifier as well. Oh and natural cough drops.
