confused about a posible pregnancy.

My wife and I have had a lot of unprotected sex,around the last week of September to beginning of October she thought she might be pregnant.I bought two pregnancy tests,one in the evening and one the next morning,both not pregnant.She then started her period,we had sex during her period and after her period and again on the 8th of October,I left to a job on the 9th of October and we split up while I was there,I flew home on the 17th of October and didn't see my wife till the 5th of November.On the 9th of November she said she had protected sex with a guy that she met that night and then yesterday the 28th of November she tells me she's pregnant with his baby.She claims that she met him when she was on her October period.So,I am confused could she be pregnant with his child?She hasn't even missed her November period yet.How would she know?I mean yeah she probably took a pregnancy test,but why would she?She hasn't missed her period yet.Thanks for any help this has been tough on me.And no matter what,I can handle the truth,it's just a couple of years ago,me and my wife had a tubal reversal procedure done so we could have a child together and we tried for two years to get pregnant until she finally did....a beautiful little boy named Isaac.he is 14 months old.But since he was born we have had total unprotected sex,mainly me pulling out but most of the time not.She did have one of those things in her arm for a couple months but had it removed because she was bleeding a lot.I need to know the fact's about my question,because I would love for there to be a chance that the baby is mine.Thank you so much doctor or doctors.I'm a proud daddy and the guy she say's she is pregnant by doesn't want to be with her.And it isn't the child's fault,because it doesn't matter who fathered the child it only matters who the child's parents are after it is born that will define the beginning of it's life.Thanks again

At a very minimum you should request a DNA test.  You are correct that it seems unlikely that she could have met someone on November 9 and already know that she is pregnant with his child on the 28th of the same month. In many states, the husband is the legal father of the child if the parents are married at the time of conception, so I would suspect that there might be some sort of legal grounds for you to request paternity testing.
Your case is unusual in that most men are trying to prove that they are NOT the biological father.
In your case, I would recommend consulting your attorney.  Your wife's doctor can't tell you any information without her consent, so you will not get any help there!

Thank you for the response,I really want to be back with my wife and even though she say's the baby is his,I would still love it like it was my own.She is takin adderall 60 total milagrams a day and it worries me that it could hurt the baby.Thanks again,it leaves me hopeful
