confused and dont know where to turn

last month i found out i have a cyst on my left ovarie, and had a period that only lasted maybe a day to a day and a half but it was very light pinkish and not that much when normally my periods last a good 3-4 days sometimes longer. then two days after it stoped and well after haveing sex the night before i spoted just a little like just some on the toilet paper. my so called period was the 28th and 29th of january and the spotting was on the 4th of feb. since then my favorite food in the world makes my stomach upset. and i havent had any other signs of a period and theres only a few days left of the month. could all of this be just because of my cyst or what in the world could it all mean im so confused and i swear all i want to do lately is cry. can someone please give me some advice or info. and i have an app on the 8th of march to check the size of the cyst since i cant take birth control to make it smaller we just had to wait and see. but i am so damn confused and dont know what to do will someone please help me before i breakdown again.

I've been with my partner nearly 6 years and does my head in when people ask you when your getting married. Were together and support each other without the piece of paper.

well they dont exactly support everything im doing for myself but they will never let their grandchild suffer but im hopeing to start college soon and get a degree to get a nice job in the medical feild. like an ultrasound tech or medical billing. right now tho it seems like im in limbo by myself cuz no one is here to help me figure it out in fact i get yelled at by my parents just cuz im not married yet. granted we havent had the funds to get married but at least we are togther and he will do anything for his children

It's great having that kind of support. My cyst thankfully drained itself at about 13 weeks as it was getting really big, and painfully.

im not that worried bout a baby comming cuz my mother always goes all out for her grandbabies and even then i know that i will be able to get state help and then i can do the jett program through dhs to get a job so if it does turn out to be a baby i think i will be well prepared and i will make it work no mater what i have to do but about period symptoms being the same as pregnancy symptoms i agree and im not saying i am or am not pregnant all i know is that things are strange and my periods are very strange but i know what to do if i am pregnant and i know if i am my fiance will book his *** to support the baby

One day it will happen my only concern is If u can't afford a simple test imagine what you need to buy when your pregnant. As you may know period and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. I wish you all the best tho.

me and my fiance never use protection cuz we want a child but weve been together 9 almost 10 months and nothing yet and now after we had a fight and well massive u know make up lol i dont know my body feels different ive been really tired and hungry but only for certain foods my favorite foods make me ill to my stomach. and there are only 3 days left of this month so either itll be real short again or i wont have one i dont know im just waiting i guess part of me thinks its all in my head but part of me thinks its real i really dont know what to think and im tired of taking negative pee tests

When I fell pregnant they found a cyst on my left ovary so I don't think it can effect fertility. Did you use protection when having sex?

they said it wouldnt effect my chances of getting pregnant so u wouldnt think it would effect your period and i would buy one if i had the money in to wich i dont so i guess im stuck wondering till next month or wait and see if i get my period in these next 3 days

Only thing you can do at this point is get a home pregnancy test. It's hard to say if the cyst has anything to do with the change in your period. Or call your docs office and see if the cyst can affect your cycle.
