constipation/prune juice
How many times can u give baby half ounce of prune mixed with water?
I took him to hospital yesterday they said it was fine to give him a ounce but mixed with water but i foegot to ask how many times a day
Ya okay but should u always mix with water or cann it b with formula? N a month and a week old
Doulamommy is correct, regularly only breast milk or formula should be given, but a small amount of prune juice is okay to help with constipation in babies over 1 month of age. However it should only be for a couple days until the constipation resolves.
My daughter wasn't given anything but breast milk and formula until she was four months old. It really depends on your baby and what the pediatrician recommends.
