coughing

I can't stop coughing. It hurts so much. Anything besides drinking water? I've sat up,laid down walked drank water like crazy... I don't even wanna spit after I cough cause I feel like it's been so violent I'll be coughing up blood... baby girls moving and I'm still having Braxton hicks but this cough is killing my throat.... didn't happen til about 2-3 hours ago and just seems to,get worse.... any suggestions?

You could try using Tylenol or using a throat spray.

Might have too try that tomorrow... it's late here right now and I'm not exactly wanting to,leave my house

Rub vicks under both your feet before getting into bed every night

If you have any sources of vitamin C such as citrus fruitsbor juices, try that. I've heard gurgling salt water works. Never tried it personally, but it's worth a try! Good luck ,hope you feel better:)

Thanks. I'm thinking it's allergies cause they've been bad all week here but I will definitely try that!

You can boil some pear soup. Get the Asian pears (yellow with spots on the skin). Just boil with water until it's soft and add some rock sugar for taste. (Probably 20 mins or so). Drink the soup and eat the pear while it's hot. It should help.
