You're gonna have to wait till your period either comes or doesn't. But its way to soon to test.

Depo can always mess up your period though so there's no way to say without a test

Usually with any type of hormonal birth control its advised that you use a second method of protection for the first two weeks as your body needs to adjust to the hormones. I would wait a couple weeks and take a test to be safe. There is always the possibility or pregnancy.

Never been on the depo shot. But did doc tell you a waiting period before having sex? If there was and you waited then more than likely no. You also won't knoe this early if you are pregnant, and your uterus hurtting may mean your fixin to have your period.
