could i be in labor?

could i be in labor? iv been havign constant back pain for 2 hours now and my stomache will get hard one minute then stop and im having alot of pelvic pressure. i am 30 weeks pregnant and i called the dr and said if it doesn't get better in an hr then i might need to go to the hospital but he won't stop labor if i truly am in labor. i need advice.

iv tried everything. but its just constant and iv already lost my plug and my son has already dropped. they had to stop labor once at 22 weeks an said that they probably won't stop it after 28 weeks especially since i have an incompitant cervix. but the doctor doesn't seem to want to stop the labor.

Drink lots of fluids!! Take a warm shower, rest and lay on your left side. See if the pain changes, gets worse, or decreases. I would hope at 30 weeks they would stop your labor! That's too early to be having baby. Good luck!
