could i be preganant what should i do?

hi i have pcos and i dont know when i get my periods . i think i could be preganant i have been feeling sick and when i eat it makes me feel sick . and about 2 mounths ago i had brown spotting and then a few weeks ago i had a bit of spotting but not brown and it was only a day . what could this all meen and if i could be preganant what test should i take as i not know when my missed period is?

It is possible you could be pregnant.  I would just take any early response test right now and make sure to use your first morning urine.  If it comes up negative I would suggest calling your doctor and setting up an appointment to maybe do some blood work just to make sure.  Your spotting could have been implantation bleeding or just some break through bleeding from not having your period so it's hard to say.  Good luck.

I would recommend the First Response test. You can even get a clear blue digital if you would rather read the results (pregnant/not pregnant). I also have PCOS and have no periods unless I am on medication from my fertility doctor or are under a certain weight. The spotting could be from anything especially if you are not having regular periods. I would definitely recommend taking a test =) good luck!
