could i be pregnant?

ok I was supposed to qet my period anywher from june 30th to July 2nd. On the night of july 5th I went to the bathroom and when I wiped myself I noticed really light pink on the toilet paper. It was like a peach color. When I woke up, I had a little amount of blood on my underwear. That whole day I only used one pad, it seemed like a regular period. The next day I hardly had anything. Once again, only one pad. By the end of the day it was just brown blood. Usually my periods last from 3to 4days, 5 the longest. So by the 7th I had nothin anymore just a bit of brown here and there. Today I started cramping. Well all day my lower back has been aching. Also it was kind of awkward, yesterday my left boob felt like it used to when I used to breast feed my daughter. Like when it gets full of milk. I also noticed itching in my rectum. It bled for a day I tought it was my period again but nope, wen I wipe the blood was from behind. I have also been getting headaches, feel weak, and the aching in my lower back continue. Does anyone know what is going on with me?? I have an appointment til Friday! Any help, suggestions??

Hi!
It is possible that you are just having an "off" cycle.  This is quite common and usually nothing to be too alarmed about.  If you were my patient, I would recommend a pregnancy test (I ALWAYS recommend a pregnancy test) and I would probably then give you the option of waiting to see what happens next week or taking progesterone for 5 days to see if it would bring on your period.  Hope this helps!
