could i still b pregnant

Just a quick note to say hi!
Me and my fiance have been trying to get pregnant well about around the time when my period was supposed to come I experienced light bleeding I hardly have to change my pad....my period is normally extremely heavy...when I started bleeding  I.told him I was not pregnant but does anyone think I still could be I would love to hear what you think please help!!!,thanks

When i began to miscarry the spotting was very light almost nothing, i then went to the hospital after experiencing back ache and period like cramping and they said my cervix was still closed so i thought i would be ok. They also done a scan which only showd a sack which they said was normal at that stage however. I went home and from that time on the bleeding got ALOT heavier then with clotts then eventualy i miscarried and had to have a D&C oppetation. But my friend who is expecting had light spotting at the begining of her pregnancy and she is now 2 months away from her due date! Do u know how far gone you are? I know i probably didnt help but i wish you luck xx
