could this affect of getting pregnant

Okay so me and my boyfriend were debating if we wanted to try for a baby or not.  We finally decided too.  I got my last period on April 19th and took my last pill sunday night.  I took 3 pills and stopped.  Does that affect anything.  We want to try for a baby this month.  Thanks :)  We've had a lot of sex and will be this weekend since thats when I think i'm ovulating.

I went off the pill last april after 8  mos on it.  It took me until september to have a regular period and I didn't get pregnant until december

I got off the pill last March and was only on it for 2 and a half months. It took six months to get a "regular" cycle, and another six months before I conceived. My husband and I took a break from last June to Sept, so we were trying for six consecutive months before I got pregnant. It can take a while, don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen right away. You only have a 20-25% chance of conceiving each month.

if you believe that you are ovulating this weekend, you should probally hold off on sex till then. when a man ejaculates over and over in short periods of time his sperm count goes down. give them a day to 'regroup'

Pills are funny things. Some women are able to get pregnant right off of the pill but for most of us we are not as fortunate and it can take months for the hormones to get out of our bodies enough to get pregnant. It could very well be a few months or longer before you get pregnant. Good luck on trying to conceive!
