I had the worst cramps and back aches. I found warm baths and a heating pad on my back were the only things that helped. I would take Tylenol before bed to help me sleep.
Good luck! I'm 12 weeks now, and haven't been crampy or achey for 3/4 weeks now. It gets better! Drink lots of water too. That helped me.
Thank you all I feel more calm now!!! Best of luck to you who are expecting too!!

It's perfectly normal to feel cramps and pain your body is making room for the baby and slowly parting as you get further into pregancy your stomache muscles will move apart as well as your pelvic area will too i found hot water bottles and warm baths my best friends..try to keep active easier said then done i know but i chose to go on walks 5-15 mins which also helped
Thank you both!! It really helps to know some of you are going through the same symptoms or at least have experienced it before(:
hii there congratulations! .. cramps are common in first trimester..I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing it too..but if its too bad you have to talk with your doctor that'll be safe for you.
It is perfectly normal and chances are you will continue to feel those aches and pains throughout your pregnancy. Your body is going through some major changes and it all starts off with your uterus preparing to develop growing cells. The feelings toy are experiencing are likely to be with your uterus expanding and also in time you may feel pulling and stretching which is likely to be round ligament pains. I'm sure others will say it, but if the pains become severe or you experience any bleeding, however small, then get checked out
