cramps during pregnancy

I'm six weeks pregnant and four days, I get like a got cramp feelings in my stomach here and there, they only last a couple seconds than go away. This is my first pregnancy and I'm worried I want everything to be ohkkay with my baby. I'm not bleeding or spotting. So should I worry?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that many people have some mild cramping as the uterus starts to adjust to the pregnancy.  Bowel problems are also common because of the hormone changes.  As long as there is no associated bleeding, I would not be too concerned.
Good luck!
