cramps

I'm 14 weeks today abd over the last few days i've had some cramps mostly on the left side of my stomach people says its normal but i just want to be on the safe side.

Hi!
MIld cramping during pregnancy can be normal, especially if it is not associated with any bleeding.  If the cramping is predominantly on the left side, it can be an indication of constipation which is very common with pregnancy.  If you were my patient, I might suggest something like Miralax.

Yes cramping is normal. It is the ligaments stretching allowing your uterus to grow. As long as it's not accompanied by bleeding you are fine and it will probably settle down after a few weeks x
