crying and feeling ovwrwhelmed part of being pregnant?

I have been soo emotional recently. And for no reasons and at the most awkward times i just start crying and i feel so sad. Idk. I am newly married, pregnant for the first time, moved to a different country and my husband is gone 12 hours every day to work.. While im home sick from preg and his mom visits but she doesnt understandany english. Maybe thats it? but on really so great days i cry too. Any advice on helping this and if it is even pregnancy related at all?

I feel the same exact way. Even on good days I start over thinking and get myself sad which Isnt normal. Although it feels normal it's just all the hormones ! Some Thing that helps a lot is listening to happy dancing music. It's hard to be sad when happy music is on

I'm the same way! I cried myself to sleep lastnight because my husband forgot to call me back (but was texting me) after he ate supper! He works out of town for weeks at a time!

I felt so stupid and I made him mad for no reason lol he was like why didn't you just call me! I was like because you said you were gonna call meeee!!;( lol

It's normal! Just try to sleep it off when you get that way! That's what I do!
