Everyone is different for me I was back in regular clothes 4 days after I could do lots of stairs the day after and for the most part 90% of the pain was gone within 2 weeks. (Sneezes were the death of me for 4 weeks though). I think I was about 11/2 weeks and I walked from the Edmonton hospital to west Edmonton mall to get a prescription filled just found I would get out of breath so easy

within exactly 2wks of having my surgery, I bussed to and from the mall with my daughter in the stroller. I was a little sore still, but you'll be fine
