I took 4 pregnancy test, all was positive. but I'm getting cramps like I'm about to start my period. do u think all 4 test can be wrong? I don't want to get my hopes up.

If it's positive and you have period like cramps, it's probably just your uterus stretching and repositioning

I had what i thought where period cramps for a week or so but my period never came and so i got a test and it was positive. Im now 18 weeks pregnant
