You can do non invasive prenatal testing if your that worried. I'm sure I've read in one book or another that your baby is unlikely to have any abnormalities if they disappear by your 20 week scan. I have a two year old with Down's syndrome and to be honest it's not actually that much more than looking after a typical child. Yes he learns things a little slower but he still learns them no the less. I was extremely worried about having a second child as I wanted to give him the attention he needs but I'm sure we will manage. I hope things work out for you x
I'm so sorry. Can I ask how many weeks are you?? Sending prayers and love your way xoxo
I imagine it would have. I'm pretty sure I read that all babies have them at some point and it's just some people catch them on there scan before they disappear. All about timing x
That's fantastic news! I'm glad we could be of help to you. Was the cyst gone when you had your follow up scan? x
Hey ladies I got so okay news the fish test came back and they was neg. For down syndrome and turner syndrome. Thank you all for the love support and prayers please continue to pray for my pudd. I send my love and prayers to all mommies on this app and love the feed back and support I get from you all. Means a lot because I don't have support at all with this baby so you guys mean alot
I'm in the uk and then in non invasive test was £250. As for therapy and things my son hasn't really had much he occasionally see the physio therapist but all she says is to keep doing what we are doing. He doesn't see any others as he has no hearing or sight problems. I would talk with your doctor and see what testing they can do that's included in your insurance and what not x
I'm so sorry. You still have plenty of time to come to terms with what you've been told and to prepare yourself for what's to come so hang in there!
