Check with your doctor but I would say you can keep up the same activity you were if you were doing it before you were pregnant. I was a dancer and teaching, and I stopped dancing at 12 weeks because I had a bleed, but I'm 23 weeks now and still teaching.
If the beach volleyball gal can play beach volleyball when pregnant and win the gold in the Olympics, you can certainly dance if your body is used to it.
U should be ok as long as ur not being like slung around or flipping. If so then talk to ur doc. But u should be ok until u just get too tired.
