Some antidepressants are allowed to be taken while pregnant.  I have suffered with depression my whole life, and it took me a little while to see that being pregnant was the best blessing in the world. You are creating a little person who will love you for you and youre the best thing in the world to them. So pleaseeee make sure you eat enough. That little baby is depending on you. I know yall can do it because I did it and I am 39 weeks pregnant with a little girl and I am so excited for her to come any day!
Also there are professionals who deal with this sort of thing...don't be afraid or embarrassed to speak up!

Focus on activities that make you happy. Sleeping is permitted as one of those things (; I personally have to sleep off my bipolar flare-ups while I'm off meds for baby. Try to do things like yoga, helps clean out your body and mind and there's even videos and stuff online of yoga exercises FOR pregnancy (: do things like read books, listen to music. Going for long walks during the day or evening is also good for clearing your emotions - minimum 15 minutes. It's also good for later on when you HAVE baby (: try to eat a little every day, even if you don't particularly feel hungry. Eat things like fruits and vegetables - especially ones high in water content, fiber, and vitamin d. Make sure to take your vitamins, and if none of this helps, ask your physician/counselor/psychiatrist/therapist/etc about things you can do to help yourself (:

The changes in body hormones can sometimes make you feel depressed. I get days where I don't feel like doing anything or eating anything. But I make sure to at least drink lots of fluids and take prenatal vitamins. Even if I don't feel like eating,I eat a little bit. Baby needs all the nutrition!

I've kinda been going thru the same thing. Some days I just don't wanna get outta bed. And on my days off I just sleep all day. Barely eat or anything. It's hard..
