dialated 1 cm

I'm 33 weeks and I went to the er yesterday and they told me I have dialated 1 cm. I'm nervous and I know I can go into labor early or last a few weeks like this.....any suggestions?

Definitely take it easy and try to stay off your feet as much as possible. I found out I was dilated 1 cm at 33 weeks and was put on bed rest until I reached 35 weeks. Its hard but i just kept telling myself "stay in bed. If you don't, baby can come early. And if she does, she's gonna be in the nicu for a while"

Just take it easy and try not to be too active. I went into L&D at 31 weeks and was 1 cm dilated and having contractions I was on bed rest and I still got up went to the store and made food took showers and went potty but for the majority of the time I was in bed and I was let off bed rest at 36 weeks and now I'm 36 weeks and 5 days and happier than everthat I'm gonna make it full term! (:
