diapers!
How many packs or big boxes should you have of each size? Starting with newborn and up to size 3.
I got tons of packages of newborns. I'm having twins so i know they'll be small 5-6 pounds and I'll certainly go through plenty. I have a couple boxes of 1 & 2 and one box of 3. Almost all places will let u exchange diaper sizes if ur baby grows out of them before you can use them :)
By the way my baby was born weighing 8lbs 12oz and 85 newborn diapers was just enough.
I just had my baby 3 weeks ago, so I know about how many we use/used. Get one newborn box that has 85, then get 2 boxes of 1's that have 108 each you might want to get another box of 1's that has 80 I think in it, then with 2's and 3's I would just get 2 boxes that have at least 100 in them each. Baby's go through WAY more diapers then what you imagine!
At Walmart you can exchange them so if you get too many of one you can always exchange them,
Your baby won't be size 2 or 3 for a long time, and a box lasts a week. So Id just get a bunch of size 1
I bought mostly size 1's because I was anticipating a large baby because my first one was 8lbs 12oz. I only got 2 packages of newborn diapers. This baby was 6lbs 8oz and I ended up having to get a whole bunch more. It's really hard to say how many of each you should get. I'd say at least several packages of each size. Most stores will let you exchange them for a different size if you need it.
My LO was out of newborns during our first week home and is 6 weeks old and already in 2s. Every baby is different though
I would buy a box on NB try them out before stocking up. You might find one brand works better than another for your child.
I rather wait to see how big my baby will be.. but one pack of newborn is plenty cause they grow so much the first weeks.. and then I'll buy when the time comes
Just stick with 2-3 boxes of nb's bc some babies grow out of them fast. Even if you buy too many you can always exchange them
Lol I have a couple packs of size 1 and one pack of size 2, you guys make me feel unprepared lol! My first shower is this saturday, so I'm gonna wait to see what I get, but I just want to know how many newborn and size one mostly. I don't think my princess will fit in newborn for very long!
all i have is two new born boxes.... will buy the rest when its time .... making sure money is not wasted like it was with my other girls
Bump! Id like to know too so far I have like 5 or 6 boxes of newborns lol too many I think.. 2 boxes of 2s 2 boxes of 3s and 1 box of 4 and 1 box of 5s got them all from my baby shower lol
