first pregnancy

Hey I'm 6 weeks and have been feeling really horrible lately. Nothing makes it better, not eating, not drinking water, nothing. I feel extremely dizzy standing up and laying down, nauseous, and I have cramping almost like I'm going to start my period. Is the extreme dizziness and cramping normal?

Thr dizzyness and stuff is because the body produces wayyyyy more blood while your pregnant (eventually during pregnancy you'll have 4 LBS!! of extra blood 'cause of baby) I get light headed, dizzy and even feel like fainting sometimes :/

I'm 6 weeks also and I am really dizzy first thing in the morning when I wake up as well as nausea. Sometimes it seems like I will just feel better if I did puke :( I have some cramps too, not bad but just like minor period cramps. I was told as long as the cramps don't stop you from doing your daily activities then it's perfectly normal!!
