I'm just glad I'm not having a kid with my last boyfriend. Talk about a waking disaster. He would cook and use every single dish in the house. Apparently his palate was so great from being a "cook", that he couldn't eat my food, only his gross food that all tasted the same and was always brown. :) I had to clean up his mess, and I worked, too. Makes me appreciate my boyfriend so so so much more when I think about it.
Just take it a room at a time. Even if you just do a room a day, you're doing something to conquer the disaster. :)
I do the simple things like dishes and maintain the kitchen and everything clean but my house is mostly an overwhelming mess because I have animals that are very messy and a husband lol so I'm constantly picking things up and I'm so tired of squatting at 35 weeks
I'm having the same problem recently I've been very light headed and when I stand I feel like I'm going to pass out I have a 4year old as well I usually clean after I take her to school but I just have no energy and feel as if I'm going to pass out any min I'm 17 weeks my husband helps a lot but he also works I hate asking him to do everything but I don't know what to do I can't even give my daughter a shower anymore
Im on bed rest and I go insane because the house gets so messy bevause my boyfriend works all the time. I take it very easy but I cant relax if I don't atleast straighten up!!! I just do dishes three times a day so its not bad at all and takes 5 minutes each time. I also found if I put music on it helps alot because im not actually thinkin about cleaning, because I do dread it lol and how the other ladies say clean the bathroom before you shower so it kinda gives you motivation. Or maybe just set little sections to clean. I hope this helps because you do feel soooooo flippin acomplished after cleaning lol
I agree , i'm getting ready to start cleaning now . Although I don't have many dishes , it just sometimes looks like a lot. I must say , I can not wait til I have baby because I will have plenty of help(: lol!
I am 38 weeks I clean everything at the same time. My husband has been helping me put the laundry in the washer because it's so low to the ground and I can't squat lol. I feel so huge bending down is so difficult for me. When you go to the bath room try to clean it then. When you eat wash your plate atleast right after.when you take of your clothes put them away. This usually helps so later I don't have a pile on the ground. Everything you take out put it in its place after using it. So far walking for me has been a hassle and bending down. I do have energy to do everything but I feel like I can't do anything without struggling.

I do the dishes after meals too, it really helps. Another thing I do is go room by room and take a short break to enjoy it after each one. Such as the living room I do all the cleaning I have to do in there and then I sit on the couch and admire my work. I try to say okay you have two songs or ten minutes to rest then on to the next one lol. Also I love to have the music playing really loud, music videos entertain my toddler as well and it helps that she's distracted for a few minutes while I'm cleaning in another room. Instead of my fiance "helping" with the chores most of the time I would rather him take care of our daughter and keep her busy while I do it. When I get in my groove it's actually hard for me to stop and I overdue it.. sometimes. I spend literally a whole day cleaning. But I feel so accomplished. I have found I can only focus on cleaning. I cant cook at the same time or take a break to watch a tv show, or run to the store. I lose all of my motivation. I also give myself little rewards if I finish something that I really didnt want to do. Like you can have another piece of that chocolate when your done with this basket of laundry lol. Good luck
I totally understand. I myself have a home daycare and three kids of my own with number four on the way. I'm 21 weeks and I'm still tired all the time! I try my hardest to keep up on the housework but with so many little people it is a never ending battle. I just do what I can until I get tired and then take a break. I try to do dishes every day so that they don't pile up but laundry is a nightmare. Don't stress yourself out about it. Do what you can and know that you are doing your best.
I washed the bathroom before i shower so i dont really have to drag myself into doing it cuz im already in the bathroom so might as well do it then shower. As for the laundry,i try to do it as soon as it is half full so i wont have lots to dry on the hangers cuz having to stretch my arms far up to hang them is tiring. And like she said, dishes after meals does the trick. I hate when theyre piled up.stresses me out!haha
Thank you :) I will try to do dishes after each meal too instead of putting it off then letting it get overwhelming
I kmow how you feel and I had to push my self clean even if you just clean up one room at a time dont do to much since your so far along but im 19 weeks and 5 days... I try to do dishes right after I finish a meal and clean the kitchen if im not to tired or set an alarm to remind me because I forget alot ... just take easy mama one day at a time ...
