I have a few alone with my self in a class now
I do. Just remenber nothing high impact and nothing on the back after the 2nd trimester starts. I try to do squats and a lot of stairs. Plus my arms are WEAK lol so I want to start curls.
I did 2adays at the gym until I was about 10 weeks but now i'm 17 weeks and i'm far too tired for the gym... I miss it lots and I try to go every now and again but it's just not the same.
I would love to do some yoga,but I can't find a class for pregnant women
