Could just be where your placenta is but if you don't feel anything for another week call your doctor and arrange an ultrasound x

I am exactly the same. I only stopped checking the toilet paper for blood a few weeks ago and I'm 33 weeks. I've had no "typical pregnancy symptoms" no sickness no tiredness only heart burn towards the end. I wouldn't worry to much about symptoms as every pregnancy is different with my first I slept whenever I could threw up everything and had every other symptom going this pregnancy I didn't even get that dark line down my tummy lol
