Am I hurting my baby?

I am 37 weeks pregnant today and just yesterday found out my husband has been talking to another girl. I cannot stop crying to the point of hyperventilation. And when I'm not crying I just feel super depressed. It's making me ever more upset thinking that this could all be harming my baby. I don't know if it's better for me to let everything out and cry or try my hardest to not cry so much.

I went through a lot of stress with my first pregnancy and my little boy is absolutely fine didn't have any problems. Try not to worry too much if you need to cry let it out but just make sure your still looking after yourself like eating properly etc

When i was pregnant with my forst i think i was about 30 weeks and my partners ex got back in contact with him for him to see the kids after leaving him and running from him with the kids.. he met up with her and them and i was so depressed and worried and stressed that he was going to get all the feelings back that he had with her i was crying constantly for days and my daughter came out super healthy i was always worried about her in there so i decided to write in a book to her every day and let everything out and it carmed me right down hope this helped xox
