hi, i had my first scan last week at 12+4 , but the baby was liying a certain way and the nurse couldnt see what she was looking for and booked me in for tomorrow.  i was just wondering if any of yous can tell me how it has been . i think she's going to measure the baby's neck and take blood from me? what are the chance of getting the needle? i am so scared:(...

For myself, first part was a finger prick...then five weeks later one 6mL vial Of blood. Not so bad

I didn't have an ultra sound I just had a urine test and one poke but like 7 different vials!! That's a lot Lol then a few weeks later there was a second part of the test.

Am so nervous,  i'll end up crying lol

I had the ultrasound and the blood work done. It's only one vial though so it's not bad.
