Im not a big drinker either soo drinking water is hard for me. I already dont drink a lot anyways. I actually started eating ice so when I get a cup I fill it with ice and water. I make myself drink all the water before I eat the ice
I don't drink water very often and if i did i drink one glass in the morning & one before sleeping!
I drink lots of juice tho,
But even with my daughter i was like this and everything was ok and she is very healthy :)
Not drinking enough water can cause your cervix to shorten and induce premature labor so it's super important!
Buy a big, 32 oz reusable water bottle and drink two a day. That makes it more managable for me at least.
Girl I'm the same way I just don't drink a lot in general try a strawl helps me lot you take bigger drinks
I actually prefer water over any other drink, especially putting a water bottle in the freezer. I love it when it's extremely cold with ice to munch on
I can't force myself for nothing. And it doesn't help when I go to the dr and they say everything's fine then I get that stupid mentality that what I'm doing is ok and I don't do anything to change it.
I feel you! I get tired of water too! But I have to force myseld
I know I don't I've been trying to though:/
I have been putting water bottles in the freezer and drinking it like that it helps but its still almost like im forcing myself to do it.
Do what I do! I get the water bottle and freeze it and drink it very cold! Baby starts moving once I do that!
Sometimes I got a day or two without drinking any water and I feel so much better when I have a nice tall glass. But I just forget. I have so much going on right now that I forget to eat or drink and when I do most of the time it's milk or a soft drink.
I just increase all fluids.
There are days I drink between 4 to 5 water bottles (16.9 oz) but there are days I get tired of water and drink just half of that!
I just have to force myself to do it. I drink about 6 or 7 bottles a day now. It helps with swelling and also makes me feel a lot better so that is something that helped me to remember to drink it.
