I got whoopings when I was coming up. It wasn't no corners, I tell you 3 times. All me and my sisters knew was to never disrespect our elders. Don't question authority and to behave. I turned out fine. I respect any and everyone. Unlike of what I can say about this generation today. They get away with to much. I'm a ftm. And I'd raise my child first just by being stern and meaning what I say. Taking away, rewarding good behavior. Now about 4+ I won't lie, if I'm crossed. I will pop my child. Explain my reasoning and so forth. I learn alot from my elders and my parents turned out fine. I just refuse to let my child run crazy how kids are now a days.

I count to 3 I think a lot of time kids don't listen to that because nothing happends after 3 but a tug on the ear is what hell get. I have my son all day and if he dosent listen I tell him its fine his dad will have a talk with him layer. Ita his choice to be bad and my husband have a talk with him and one hit to the butt or listen and my husband will still talk to him about acting up with the hit

I give my kids 3 warnings and if they don't listen I put them in time out or if they hit each other I give them 1 lil swat on the but. It don't hurt them it just gets their attion. Or if they touch something I tell them don't touch that or if you touch it again I'm going to slap your hand, but not hard to where it leaves a red mark just enough to get their attion.
