due to give birth

My due date is today. Im nervous about giving birth. Can anyone tell me how to deal with contractions?and is it true your waters dont always breal straight away?

Everyones water breaks at different times. With my 1st child my water broke first before contractions started. Others break during labor. And some even have to have theirs broken by the doctor. As far as contractions just breath deep and try your best to relax. I had an epidural with my 1st and had a great experience with it and am getting one again with this pregnancy so I really can't give you any advice on going thru labor naturally except for good luck :)

I had both mine with gaz and air. Go with the flow and dont let the pain panick you. Concentrate with each contraction and keep in mind each contraction will end. If u need more pain relief then have some its your choice and not a competition with others. This day will be the happiest day of your life so dont dread it look foreward to it. Good luck hun
